Orders completed by 12 noon (business day) are shipped the same day, in order of priority,
with ELTA Couriers SA
When orders are placed after 12 noon they are shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on the weekend are sent on Monday, if it is a working day.
Shipping costs are free for any purchase over 60 €.
The same goes for the first change you are likely to make.
In case of purchase of an amount under € 60, the shipping costs are € 5. Cash on delivery costs are free.
Delivery is Express and you receive your parcel within 1-3 working days for land shipments within Greece and 2-3 working days for shipments
in the Peloponnese.
For shipments to island areas, the shipment takes 2-4 working days depending on the region.
If it is a weekend, keep in mind that on Saturday, the transport company / courier does not make any delivery. Exceptionally, if
you want to pick up day Saturday, you are charged with extra 3 €.
Please note that when you place an ORDER COD, in order for your order to be processed, we will be preceded by a phone call to the phone number
to confirm the order and that your details are real. If the customer does not respond, he receives from us (sms) and / or e-mail
to contact us himself. If even then there is no confirmation that everything is real, the shipment of the order is NOT carried out and canceled.
To avoid inconvenience and delay, please check before completing your order that the number you stated is the correct one.
Also in order to avoid any delay, please use an active and registered email address in your order
e-mail as well as an available correct telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem with the
your order.
PACKAGE LOSS
Unique.gr can not be considered responsible in case of delay in delivery or loss of your parcel due to transport / courier.
In such a case, that you do not receive within the mentioned deadlines, initially unique.gr carries out a check to the courier, who can
last a maximum of 15 days.
During this period, no refunds or refunds can be made. If there is no update within 15 days,
the order is canceled, so in case you have paid by credit / debit card or paypal, the amount will be refunded.
